This jacket fits well. It is made with good materials, lightweight, blocks most of the wind. I have not had it in much rain to really test it. It is a fair weather jacket. I live in Montana and find this jacket appropriate for 20 to 50 degrees. I put a hooded jacket under it for 0 to 20 degrees and maybe a fleece jacket under both of those for colder.
