The worst CS
If I could give zero stars I would - This review is for the company itself. I can’t review the actual item as I never received it. I even paid additional for this item to arrive a few days earlier than the online estimated time. When the package arrived 2 weeks later, the package was damaged missing the boots. When I called customer service they don’t do any refund as they only fill the order and said that they don’t have to do anything with the shipper! I even provided pictures of the received empty box and damaged packaging. As of right now, they said that they will not refund me! Columbia has the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with.
