Comfy Shirt, Letter falls off after one wash

Bought this shirt to keep comfortable while walking or relaxing outside. I have been a Columbia fan for a long time and have a bunch of PFG and jackets and always recommend the brand. But today I have never experienced the chest Columbia lettering falling off after one wash. Arm lettering is still on as if it is brand new but the chest lettering falling off caught me by surprise. Usually I hold Columbia to a high standard for the quality of fabric, texture and press on letters staying intact after numerous washes, but this one caught me off guard.
