Warm and water proof
Gloves fit well and they're warm. They'll keep your hands dry.

They Do Not Work
If I can still return them I would. The gloves do not achieve their basic function - keeping hands warm, no matter it was 20 or 32 outside. I can't say about waterproofing, but they definitely are not windstopping.
