Considering return of shoe

While I like the look of this shoe it feels very stiff and runs small. I’m considering returning it for these two reasons.

No arch support

Unfortunately, these had no archsupport. They also run large.

I wanted this shoes to be the ONE"

These are well made shoes, I bought 2 pairs because I was sure they were just what I wanted and needed for my trip to south america, I started wearing them before I left, and am I glad I did, the insole simply has no contour or sufficient support, and you can feel the entire sole of the shoe, I bought insoles, and this has helped, I also wore thick socks for more padding and support, I will keep the shoes as they are well made, But the comfort needs to be worked on, at least add an insole that is appropriate for hiking, and walking trails.
